We know you will love our SNUGGLINGS products but in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a refund (less our shipping costs). Please email us at info@snugglings.com before returning any items with the reason for your return and to receive an RA# (Return Authorization Number). Items for return must be received by SNUGGLINGS within 30 days of purchase and 14 days after receiving an RA# for a full refund. All refunds are subject to a $5 re-stocking fee.
Items will only be refunded or exchanged if they are in their original condition and packaging and unwashed. A copy of the original receipt must also be included. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges and returns.

In the unlikely even that an item should have a manufacturing defect, SNUGGLINGS will be glad to exchange it for you within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us for a RA#.
The shipping charge will be waived on replacements of defective goods.
